Very nice and well-kept duplex apartment over 2 floors in a perfect city location with excellent access. In the middle of the currently most popular district of Plagwitz and yet quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. Everything has been carefully renovated with attention to detail. The apartment has its own entrance and ground floor terrace, is generously furnished on over 50 square meters, comfortable, stylish and charming. Long-term stays are also possible, price upon request.

Rural location in the small village of Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45 minutes south-west of Berlin. The large communal garden with forest directly behind it offers enough space for relaxation. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Hello dear guests, I rent you a nice, light and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, there are still some things missing such as carpets, curtains and pictures. But it won't take long for the apartment to be fully furnished. It is located near the university, and you can also get to the center quickly.
