Almost new apartment, excellent condition, comfortable, illuminated, equipped, with protective mesh for minors, good view of the pool and the sea. Central heating. English spoken. Entrance by South Bay. The apartment received recent maintenance, it was decorated with quality furniture and decorations. The building has laundry machines and dryers that work with tokens that are purchased in management. Wireless WiFi exists inside the apartment, plus another one in the building's Lobby.

Beautiful apartment in Altos Condominium of San Alfonso (in front of San Alfonso). It is located 100% furnished, central heating, beds for 8 people, beautiful panoramic view of the sea, very spacious, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite), terrace and 2 parking lots. Condominium steps from the beach, close to the center and has 3 pools, large green areas, quinchos for asados (can't be done roasted in the depto), tennis courts, multi-sanch and games rooms with stain and ping pong.
