Cozy apartment on the 7th floor (with safety mesh for children on the terrace) consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 underground parking lots making it ideal for going with family or groups of friends. Very bright and well ventilated has beautiful views of the sea, the navigable pool and the countryside. Fully equipped for 6 adults, it has cable TV in all rooms and WiFi Internet in the lobby of the building (not in the apartment).

Cozy apartment in an excellent location. 4th floor, 1 underground and visiting parking right behind the building; well equipped with all you need. (2 led Smart TVs, Zapping TVs and also own WiFi). It has a wide and beautiful view of the ocean and the lagoon. Glass curtain terrace that allows for several options (totally or partially open, or well, fully enclosed to enjoy at all times of the year, special prices for couples and family.

The apartment has no ocean views It is a condominium that has 3 swimming pools, due to Pandemic, shifts must be booked Has cable TV in living room Apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, living room and dining room. The condo has quincho, which has an additional value to pay by the tenant The environment is very beautiful, ideal for going out for a walk and enjoying the sunsets and the sea.

Apartment, well located. Very comfortable for your stay. It has spaces to rest and enjoy the wonder of the sea, next to its beautiful sunsets. Located on the coastal edge overlooking Las Chains beach, steps from a wide range of shopping venues, which will facilitate mobility without having to drive to get there and take nice walks to the coastal edge.

It has an elevator and balcony overlooking the lagoon, pool and sea. Excellent place to walk and rest with family and friends. Wheelchair-enabled accesses.
