Cassis - Top modern - ocean view terrace

Welcome to our turquoise dream facing the mediterranean ocean, only 50 meters from the beach and a minute walk from the harbor and city center. The apartment is on the top floor and has an amazing view from the terrace. It is around 35 m2 but very well planned with two bedrooms (one is very small though) and a living room (with 4 meters height below the ceiling). The furnitures are completely new and even if the building is from the 50's, the apartment offers great comfort.

Bright apartment of 70m2 with breathtaking views of blackcurrant port, castle, dirty cape ( highest cliff in Europe). You can walk from the apartment to the heart of Cassis where there are all the shops, restaurants,bars and 150 meters from the 2 beaches. A 5-minute walk to the village My place is close to Blackcurrant Beach (a 10-minute drive)and its coves 15 min from Marseille European Capital of Culture 10 min from Ciotat and sandy beaches Amusement park, aqualand, bowling alley or cinema -A 500m from the motorway to Aix, Marseille, Toulon . You'll love my place because of the brightness, the outdoor areas. The apartment is great for couples and families (with kids).

Nice completely new t3 in a quiet area close to blackcurrants and calanques. The house consists of a large living room with sofa bed open to a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, tassimo, dishwasher, washing machine) You will find a master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom and another bedroom. 2 bathrooms and 2 we complete the accommodation. Outside, a large terrace with a Jacuzzi.
