Penthouse Mainz city center

Our penthouse (approx. 150 sqm) has its own style. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can take wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rosenmontags parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood at the moment. That's why sometimes a little louder.

The loft has about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is only designed for wellness & living. Bathtub,daybed, 2-person snack shower and Real wood fireplace leaves nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5x4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are event-friendly 4x gas wine fridge and a ceramic hob are among the amenities

Great apartment, luxurious, here you can relax. Kitchen with dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, hood, fridge with freezer. In the immediate vicinity to Wiesbaden/ Rheingau/Taunus. Everything is furnished in the apartment here you can stay a day/week/months or even longer. There is a parking space in front of the door. I attach great importance to security, so there are 3 cameras installed in the outdoor area. You are welcome to use the garden house for bicycles.
