Prickly Pear Rancher: Close to Downtown

The house is centrally located (near the iconic water tower) and extremely walkable-- just several blocks from the courthouse and the north end of downtown. There is lore the house was built by a mean cowboy. It is 100 years old, recently updated with HVAC, and nicely appointed with modern touches while retaining its original character. The Rancher features a xeriscaped, native-planted yard with spots to sun soak during the day; offers a wide-lens view of the Milky Way + dark skies at night.
