Prickly Pear Rancher: Close to Downtown

The house is centrally located (near the iconic water tower) and extremely walkable-- just several blocks from the courthouse and the north end of downtown. There is lore the house was built by a mean cowboy. It is 100 years old, recently updated with HVAC, and nicely appointed with modern touches while retaining its original character. The Rancher features a xeriscaped, native-planted yard with spots to sun soak during the day; offers a wide-lens view of the Milky Way + dark skies at night.

Casa Centrale is located one block from the main street of Marfa, just around the corner from the courthouse. From our front porch, you are just steps from coffee, yoga, shopping, art studios, bars and restaurants. Casa Centrale is great for a couple wanting to get away or solo adventurers. Beautiful back deck and large yard for night-sky gazing, HVAC, walk-in shower/skylights, comfy bed, laundry room, dining room, and high-speed internet are just a few of the features in our comfortable home.
