Our home is located a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak - 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! This small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and placed 10-15 min. walk to the seashore. You'll have a cute patio with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, regular size car parking, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen - all included in the price.

Easy parking. 30sq meters app + 10 sq meters balcony. Orientation - South, sunny side. Sea View! Two minutes walking to the beach with a beach bar! Two minutes walking to the the brand new Pula city swimming pool. 5 minutes walking to the Veruda market and 7 minute walking to the bigggest shopping center in Pula, Max City. Good restaurants in area + a restaurant in the ground level of the building. Center of Pula is about 15-20 mins walking. Two bicycles (M+F) included in the price.

A pleasant and comfortable apartment. There is good heating, so you can enjoy even during colder days. Apartment is sunny even in winter. The beach and natural resort Kamenjak are nearby and easily reachable by foot or bicycle. There is beautiful nature, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a peaceful part of Premantura.Stupice Campsite is close, where you can walk or jog. The city center is a 10-min walk away.

Spacious, unique and sunshine apartment with the spectacular view of the Roman amphitheater.
