My apartment is in a beautiful 18th century building and it's recently been renovated with a lot of love and care. It's within walking distance to the beaches and really close to the main square and the Cathedral. My place is ideal for some privacy and a lovely romantic escape - it's really quiet at night. It's also very convenient for numerous art and culture venues, restaurants, cafes and bars. You'll love this place for its ambience, comfy beds, the neighbourhood, the outdoor space and light.

Premantura is known as a charming tourist place abundant in greenery and proud of its clear and clean sea. South of the town is Cape Kamenjak– a protected landscape 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with altogether 30 km of indented coastline. House is 500 meters distanced from the sea, well fenced for the children protection and guests privacy, sharing parking place with small apartment nearby .

House Nikol is located in a quiet forested area on the outskirts of the nature reserve called Rt Kamenjak near the Pula. We cannot emphasise enought the seclusion of this accommodation,you will have no neighbours,no traffic noises,just natural surroundings and tranquility. House is located only about 100m from the sea and about 700m to the nearest beach. The local supermarket (bank,cafes,phatmacy,etc..),are 800m away. HOUSE CAN BE BOOKED FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 16.Juny -15.September.

Our city apartment is situated within our family home of Austro-Hungarian arhitecture. Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. All small villages are cca 5-10 km distant from our apartment.

Our holiday home is a unique place very close to the Arena Amphitheater. Located on a side quiet street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
