Two bedrooms with two beds in each as well as crib for infants. Sofa bed in living room. Open plan with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent view. The terrace has both a dining area and a lounge sofa for socializing. In the large lawn there is a barbecue area with outdoor kitchen. French balcony facing the sea from one of the bedrooms.

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time live in the countryside You live in our apartment located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

Welcome to this wonderful home with great views of nature where the deer often greet a good morning. Experience the tranquility of nature and be close to Österlen's beaches and lively energy at the same time! In the past, we have rented out our guesthouse as a "super host" (see review), now we rent out the entire place together with a guest house! By car, you can reach Brösarp in 15 minutes, to the sea (Haväng) and to Kivik in 20 minutes. Christinehof's castle, Alunbrukets coffee cottage and Hallamölla waterfall are 5 minutes away.

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking trees, fields, and cow garden. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Make yourself at home and cozy up in this rustic accommodation. Your stay is part of a converted barn from the 19th century, located in a village. In the entrance you are greeted by a stone ceramics floor and a living room with access to a private patio. Furnishings have been carefully selected and are a collection of old and new, with much of the old hand-picked from antique dealers and local shops. On the lower level there is a country kitchen, where a staircase leads up to a large bedroom.
