Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Charming cruciform house, next to Ravlunda church. Ravlunda is a village located between Brösarp hills and Kivik. The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is located a few minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with day bed/sofa bed which becomes like a double bed when it is made. Small toilet with shower, Private patio.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Lansatorpet is a three-length farm from the 1850s, beautifully located on a gravel road in the woods of Österlen between St Olof and Brösarp with Mariavalls Kloster as the closest neighbour. The forest is full of rich wildlife, wild raspberries, blueberries and mushrooms. In summer, the garden around the house is visited by a large amount of colorful butterflies and hungry hops. The bird song and the foliage give the place a harmonious feel. You're in the middle of nature!

Newly built house in Vik, with room for 5 people. Wonderful views from the balcony and the two patios. Living room with kitchen, spacious hall, tiled bathroom, upstairs with living room and bedroom. Near Stenshuvud National Park, Mandelmann Gardens and two fantastic golf courses. A minute walk to the beach and harbour but also to the bus stop with good transport to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for lazy days, but also for nature lovers.
