Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on large plot of land with very private location close to Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered terrace with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with a dining group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub (hot tub) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 6 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Linen and towels are provided, as well as final cleaning.

Cottage close to nature in Öland!

Newly built cottage on our plot, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. Sleeps 6, full kitchen and bathrooms. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to Öland Bridge. Three miles to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring shower towels and own linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

During the summer, bakery, glassware, food truck and music evenings are within walking distance. Nearby is picturesque Kalmar with the Nordic region's best-preserved Renaissance castles and lovely Öland. To the north is one of Sweden's most popular family parks - Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby.

The cottage is located along the old railway which is part of the island trail ( nice footpath and bike path ). Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. Stay in the middle of the World Heritage on the edge of the Alvaret and the sea. Idyllic Vickleby has been named Ölandsby 2017. Carl von Linné was already charmed by the village on his Öland trip in 1741. In the village there is a popular restaurant and Carl Malmstens Capellagården. Cottage containing one bedroom with 2 beds, room with sofa bed and kitchen area. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, completely renovated. Sunny patio with barbecue. Pets are welcome.
