Newly built Attefalls house in the southwest location with large terrace and views of Kalmarsund. Located in Strandtorp about 6 km south of Borgholm. 600 meters to the swimming jetty, 3 km to Ekerum's golf resort. Hiking and biking lead directly adjacent to the property. Double bed 180×200 as well as junior bed 55×155. Pillows and duvets are provided. Parking with Laddbox is available next to the cabin. The building connected to the cottage and the patio is a storage room, the host lives in a house 60 m below the Attefall house.

Nice cottage in the middle of Öland

This accommodation is perfect for those who enjoy nature and tranquility, but who also want to be close to the grocery store and both the north and south of Öland. The house is located on a former farm in central Öland with Karum's nature reserve as a neighbor. Nice sandy beaches within bicycle distance. If you want to come here for work in peace, that's fine. We have good and reliable internet. If you have an electric car, you can charge it with our own electricity for 4.5 SEK/kwh.

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore.
