The apartment has Air Conditioning, super fast uncapped Fibre Wifi and DSTV satellite TV. A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom with king size bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with bath and large walk in shower. There is a safe in the bedroom. The living area has sliding doors and a balcony from which you have a stunning view to watch the ships sail in and out of the harbour. There is one secure parking bay within the building. Full access to the large well equipped gym as well as the swimming pool and sun deck. Conferencing facilities, meeting rooms and daily office space are available upon request. The MyCiti bus stop is just outside the Icon building. It will be my pleasure to assist you in anyway I can whilst you stay in our city. I'm a full time Airbnb host so am always available to help out. This apartment is perfectly located for exploring the city. It's a gentle 15-minute stroll to the waterfront, and is at the start of the famous Long Street, which is known for its fine restaurants and bars. The tourist buses and local buses stop right outside the building making getting around a breeze. The Cape Town International Convention Center is but a stone throw away. For exploring wider a field the location is ideal given the close proximity to the main highways in and out of the city. The two main highways in and out of the city (N1 and N2) are right on your doorstep should you be exploring further afield. Fresh milk and water will be in the fridge when you arrive along with a selection of teas and coffee. You can also expect some other little treats on arrival in the form of fresh flowers, wine or champagne and chocolates or biscuits.

The first floor houses two bedrooms; the master suite offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the bedroom leads onto a Sundeck with a panoramic sea view perfect for enjoying Cape Town’s picturesque sunsets.The Bedroom has an air conditioner. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom. In the event that a guest has departed the same day as a new guest is arriving, new guests are welcome to drop off their baggage before 14:00 hours.Once cleaning is complete 'check in' can be done. I will personally welcome you. Should I be out of town, a co-host will welcome you, or you can use the self check-in option. The townhouse is nestled in a cul-de-sac at the foot of Lions Head. Coffee shops, restaurants, and the famous Sea Point beach promenade are just five minutes' walk away. Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and Clifton Beach are situated close by. My City buses and taxis are available from High Level and Main road, only a couple of minutes walking distance; Uber taxis are available within the whole of Cape Town, and are an easy, convenient, and inexpensive way of getting around avoiding traffic congestion and parking. Netflix is available for your entertainment; Wi-fi: unlimited 4mps line. For guests who book for more than 7 days, I offer a Extra Cleaning Service' of the apartment, after 7 days, or more frequently if requested, which includes laundering and changing the bed linen and towels, at a cost of R 400 payable direct to my cleaning staff. The apartment has an open plan bedroom, lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen and a separate bathroom with a private outside patio with dining table & chairs, sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue. The studio also has private access from the beachfront directly up to the apartment. Access is from Victoria Road, with a private entrance with stairs up onto the private patio overlooking the ocean. Street parking is available on Victoria Road and adjacent side streets nearby. I am available to assist guests however I can to make there stay more comfortable. I love hosting guests and providing local suggestions and tips so that you can fully enjoy your stay in my home town of Cape Town and the most beautiful suburb of Camps Bay. Camps Bay is one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas in Cape Town with views of the 12 Apostles and the beach. The property has easy pedestrian access to Victoria Road and is less than a minute's walk from many restaurants and bars. You can walk anywhere in Camps Bay. Uber is very reliable in Cape Town. My Citi bus is a reliable bus service with links to the City, Seapoint and Hout Bay. There is a staircase which has direct access to the beach road. The studio is perfect for a couple or single person and has a private patio overlooking the ocean.
