Remote gates through to secure parking for only one car Fully serviced flat which is part of a bigger house , please note there are dogs on these premises Newlands is a natural gem. It's close to beautiful mountain walks, great restaurants, and supermarkets. It is centrally located and an easy drive either to the southern suburbs or the Atlantic seaboard. Uber is usually a couple of minutes away - very easy access to different parts around Cape Town we have a Nespresso Machine and Laundry service if needed
