Welcome to have a clean, well maintained one-bedroom apartment! The entire apartment (37 m²) is at your disposal. For a car in this area, rare free parking with a heating pole in the yard. In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. A neat 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet residential area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot with a detached house and with its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1,4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. The guest has a bicycle available. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

In the bedrooms, you'll have bed beds READY for laundry. 160 x 200 cm double bed in one bedroom and 2 90 cm wide beds in the other. Two extra beds can be placed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped. In the living room, you'll find a smart TV with Netflix, the sauna has freshly replaced the stones of the stove. Beautiful log house on the beach in Pielinen. Peaceful location, stunning scenery, and great outdoor activities best describe this home. In winter, the ski track can be reached from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski trails of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. Good hillside opportunities in the yard of the cottage, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, the city's services are available a few kilometers away.

A 100-year-old log cabin with comforts of year-round living in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating.
