The house and water heats up with a wood-burning central heating boiler. The sauna is also wood-burning. The village's downtown services are less than a kilometer away, as well as the nearest gas station. The train station is 2.6 km away. The nearest cities are Kitee 33km, Savonlinna 70km and Joensuu 90km away. The house is suitable for both families and groups of friends.

Villa Mekri is a family-friendly holiday home on about an acre of land bordering Mekrijärve. Villa Mekrille has very good road connections and the journey from Ilomantsi city center can be reached by car in ten minutes. The main building was completed in 1998 and has been made with respect to the terms of the family construction. The beach is shallow and sandy. It's great for even the little ones in the family. The home is perfect for water and nature travelers. Separate sauna building in the listing.

Upea luonnonläheinen hirsimökki kalliolla, metsän keskellä. Tilavalla ulkoterassilla kylpytynnyri, erillinen kesäkeittiö, grilli ja iso ruokailuryhmä. Mökissä on tupakeittiö varusteineen ja vuolukivinen hellauuni, makuutila ja tunnelmallinen olohuone takalla. Yläkerrassa makuutila sekä parveke. Mökistä löytyy myös sähkölämmitys, ilmalämpöpumppu, sekä puusauna vesisäiliöisellä kiukaalla ( erillinen käsisuihku ). Alueelta löytyy kaksi kompostoivaa WC:tä. Vesi tulee omasta kaivosta terassille.

Cosy Flat in the Countryside, near Joensuu

On a farm just renovated and cosy two bedroom flat with a kitchen-livingroom and a bathroom. In a useful utility room you wash your laundry easily. Towels and linen are included in price likewise final cleaning up. In a nice livingroom you can watch TV and enjoy your meals. In a master bedroom there is a double bed, in a second bedroom two single beds. In both bedrooms you have light out blinds and a ventilation window. A flat has it's own privacy, there is a hall place for your car.

16km from the village, lush and peaceful big yard. Farm animals in the barn. Separate house on its own. The sounds of animals can disturb in the morning. 2 bedrooms , as well as a cottage with kitchen equipment and a baking oven. Both bedrooms have quarries. The master bedroom has a 160cm wide bed, a small bedroom 120cm and a 80cm wide bed. A sofa bed in the master bedroom. A crib and high chair for the baby. Toys, books, and games can be found, and you can ask for more things to do.
