Trendy 70s furnished bungalow close to sea.

The bungalow with a 70s decor is located on the edge of a quiet small-scale park, 1.5 km from the sea. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (2x80) and the living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. Also, the flowering tulip fields then color the wide surroundings. The parking lot is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. In the parking lot there are luggage cards to carry your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Dutch coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good cycling and walking area. The Schoorl dunes are 10 kilometers to the South and Den Helder 20 kilometers to the North. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog, there is the special Zwanenwater with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug there is a Spar and in Callantsoog an AH which is open 7 days a week until 22.00. There is a laundromat in Sint Maartenszee. Every Monday morning there is a cozy trunk market in the car park near De Goudvis playground. In the summer months, there is always a trunk market somewhere on Saturdays and Sundays.

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters ( total area . French doors to the enclosed garden on the south 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen ( kitchenette) Available: Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Airfryer. 2 ring induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine. Pleasant beds and pleasant (rain) shower sink with storage drawers. ATTENTION! The upper floor / sleeping area has no staircase fence and we recommend not to let small children stay here.

Stolpboerderij Het Span: a wonderful apartment!

On Het Span it is delicious! You look over the lands to the dunes and the mill. You will have an own parking space and an own garden garden space. We did everything we could to keep the view of the sunset as much as possible. The apartment is suitable for four people and we like it when you come with children. They will love sleeping in the bed and playing in the playhouse.
