Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Zum Ostseestrand sind es nur 150m das leckerste Fischbrötchen der Stadt gibt es im Nachbarhaus und der Bahnhof ist auch nur 100m entfernt. Die 75qm große Dach-Terrasse kann mitbenutzt werden und läd zum relaxen im Strandkorb und zum Essen unter freiem Himmel ein. Der Garten, mit Sandkasten für Kinder, kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Nice holiday home directly on the beach. It offers peace and quiet and a great view of the water. A house with one bedroom and adjacent annex with 2 bedrooms. 2 lovely terraces. One straight to the beach. The other hidden behind living fences - almost always shelter.
