Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. In the center of Maasholm village is one of the oldest houses (built about 1728). It has been restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic Fischerkate with modern comforts. This resulted in two duplex apartments with a lot of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. Very nice and charming, circus wagon with wide double bed. Insulated and inlaid heat. Only 350 m from lovely beach and forest as well as Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (homemade organic bowls etc.) Coffee and tea for free use as well as linens and towels. Parking lot right next to the circus wagon. 300 m to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensburg.
