Feriehus, Salsbruket. Nice house near by the sea.

Slapp av i dette koselige, gamle huset fra 1907. Etter noen år uten utleie, gjør vi huset tilgjengelig for leie igjen. Stedet har hage, med mulighet for avkobling, lek og spill. Huset er godt utstyrt, og benyttes ofte. Fire hyggelige soverom, tre i 2.etg. og ett ved bad/WC i første etg. Bad med dusj og badekar, vaskemaskin. Godt utstyrt kjøkken, stue og spisestue. Terrasse utenfor stua, med hagemøbler og flott utsikt over fjorden. Nærhet til naturskjønne områder med fjell, sjø og skog i nærhet.

Strictly for believers in fairytales, treasure hunters and collectors of exquisite memories. To keep things straight; -this is a simple rustic lazy camping cabin, for one night stands or five, trapped in between a hissing forest and a dead cold sandy bottom beach with an annoying cacophony of breaking waves, flowerish stinks and wild animal shrieks, -all fronting a hell of badly colored sunsets... Actually this is all about atmosphere, slowing down and taking chances ...and you might like it.

The farmhouse

Under the city mountain Klumpen you will find this gem. Just 400 meters down towards the city, you are in the center of Namsos. Quiet and quiet area where you can hear the birds chirping and the cats playing. The house is an old house with a good soul. The house was originally built in 1950, but has been modernized and last time in 2009 and 2013. It squeaks in the attic staircase and it squeaks a little in the wooden floors otherwise in the house, but I think you will enjoy it.

Statland pier is a unique place right at the shore of the sea. Good sun conditions and fishing opportunities. Hiking trails in the immediate area. Walking distance to shop and boat harbour. 1 hour drive to Namsos town centre and Steinkjer town centre. The house is fully furnished including outdoor furniture. Main living room 1 floor with own TV. Loft living room, with its own TV. Wifi and tv with channels/netflix are included.

Old trading site in Einvika ( Flatanger)

Experience the Namdal coast at a great old trading post in Einvika. Nice older manor style house rented during certain periods. Upgraded bathroom and lovely views to the sea. A little old-fashioned inside, but all the comforts. Lots of charm and soul, which you will be lounging in the atmosphere both in and around the house, with a cozy coffee spot on the tram in front of the house facing the garden.

Forget your concerns at this spacious and peaceful place. Renovated old cozy house. 4 bedrooms. Porch outside the bedroom overlooking the sea. There is also a spacious porch downstairs with a small group of garden furniture. Fire pan for cozy evenings. No smoking. Allowed with pets. Wood-burning. Do not burn anything other than wood IN the oven.
