Cozy cottage on the beach plot with fantastic location, just a few meters from the sea! Here you can enjoy a delicious meal with great views over the Namsenfjord. You have the whole cabin to yourself. Pets are allowed. The cottage is about 30m from the free parking space. Namsos city centre is only a 5-minute drive away. Huset er 180m², har stor parkeringsplass, og er bare 15 minutter fra Kolvereid sentrum. 1.etg er fullt utstyrt med møbler og har en fantastisk utsikt over fjorden. Det er innredet stort kjøkken, spise- og tvstue, peisestue, og ett bad i 1.etg. I 2.etg har vi fem soverom med 7 senger og plass til 10 personer. Det er 1stk 18ft Hansvik 40hk båter tilgjengelig for leie. Det koster 600kr å leie båten i døgnet. I naustet, som er bare 150m fra huset, er det sløyebenk, vann, strøm, og en fryser.

Great place for families, workers, artists' homes, or anyone who needs a cozy space to stay for a shorter or longer period. From the cabin you have great views of the sea towards Otterøya, as well as immediate proximity to natural areas, sea and super nice "south" beach. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, new kitchen from 2024, bio do (outdoor toilet) in the annex and water post on the porch with summer water. (Note: The bedroom in the annex is used as storage space, but it is possible to sleep there because)

New apartment with great kitchen and bathroom. Heating cables in all floors and wood burning in addition. Great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Private patio, and your own entrance. Possibility of sleeping space for 3. Lovely view of Namsen and Spillumsfjellet. It is about 15-20 min walk to Namsos city center. To the nearest grocery store, it is about 5 minutes to walk.
