Forest bungalow with lots of privacy.

Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not on a holiday park, extra safe in these corona times! In 2018 it has been completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own terrain of 1100m2! From the cottage you walk into the forest in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

The spacious apartment has been realized in the stable of a farmhouse. On the other side of this farm is a campsite with play facilities for children. The surrounding area offers many cycling and hiking opportunities. Unspoiled forests, moors, villages. In Hooghalen (easy walking distance) there is a baker and small supermarket.

Cottage on the Hei is located behind our farm on a large hectare of land, in a protected nature reserve just outside Dwingeloo in Drenthe. A special place, because you literally walk up the heath from our yard. No traffic, no neighbors, no crowds. The adventure starts on arrival, because in order to reach our cottage you must drive a short kilometer on a sandy road. This road is not accessible to traffic. Much quieter you won't get it in the Netherlands!

Residential stay in Drenthe: private house, private door, kitchen, bathroom, facilities. Completely independent. Our guesthouse is located on the edge of the forest just outside Assen. It is small-scale. We have only 1 guest house in a completely detached house. Optimal privacy. The house has a spacious living room and a separate bedroom and bathroom. Wi-Fi is free and the view is over the countryside and the garden.
