You will love staying at the base of the Colorado National Monument in our wonderfully comfy and well-stocked 3100 sf home that sleeps 10. It is on 2-acres with incredible 360-degree views, a hot tub, and is a great value! This spacious house has room for everyone to spread out. It is across from the Tiara Rado Golf Course, within walking distance to many hiking/mountain biking trails, the CO river, and is a short drive to Powderhorn Mtn Resort for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing.

Peaceful, yet close walking distance to downtown and restaurants and suplizio field and Lincoln Park Swimming Pool and Golf Course and Colorado Mesa University. Only 5 miles to the Colorado National Monument and biking trails. Only 3 miles to St Mary's Hospital. This space has its own entry exit. Very private.
