Our apartment is a bright and airy living space on the ninth floor of the Palladio Apartment building. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Trams are just outside the front door, Southern Cross Train station is a 10 minute walk, ferries are a 5 minute walk. Nearby are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes as well as small and large supermarkets. Also nearby is District Docklands Shopping Centre with movies, loads of shops, kids attractions, and the Urban Alley Brewery.

Our apartment is about 100 sq.m. has 2.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a study, we have a queen bed in the master bedroom, a single bed in the study. The other bedroom has a queen bed. In addition, we have a bay window bed in the living room. Our apartment is located in Melbourne's free tram zone. The Southern Cross train station is a few minutes walk away. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport. One free parking space available. Vehicles cannot exceed 2m.

This beautifully positioned apartment in St Elia is located in a very exclusive low rise building positioned as the waterfront podium apartment. Located on the harbour side of Docklands offering unobstructed water views, this spectacular apartment , features a master bedroom with it's own study space leading out to a private balcony. Not suitable for gathering due to strict building management rules.
