This extraordinary estate style villa enchants the moment you enter the gate. The long, palm-lined drive brings you to a large private courtyard and garden. Beyond the front door is a stunning house and one of the most dazzling oceans views on island. Panoramic vistas flow from every room and terrace. The colors are magical. An expansive stretch of sapphire sea is framed by the villa’s gardens and the rich blue sky. The large contoured pool edges overlap the lawn adding crystal blue tones to the scene. The house is open, airy and spacious; a perfect villa for an extended family, weddings or company retreat. It has everything you need to enjoy the day from dawn until dusk. The overall décor is sleek, elegant and contemporary but never boring. The large interior living room, perfect for conversation or entertainment, tastefully mixes natural elements and rich tones; dark wood and teak, wicker, cream and pops of color. Pocket doors disappear into the walls enhancing the view. Although sea views and breezes abound, the great room is fully air conditioned. The interior dining room sits adjacent to the unique kitchen area. Divided into two rooms, half the space is devoted to a gorgeous chef’s kitchen with flat screen TV. The other half is a fabulous gathering space with bar and seating. A cozy al fresco dining area sits in the courtyard just off the bar. Deep covered terraces and open sundecks surround the house, the main pool and lap pool. Comfortable lounges and dining spaces abound. The four equal size bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Two sit on each end of the villa. The décor creates a serene atmosphere blending designer touches and art; neutral tones of beige, brown, black or grey and white with individual pops of rich color. Each room has private seating, sea views and beautiful spa style bathrooms in travertine, stone and wood. Three bathrooms have private outdoor showers; one has a sea view. Although secluded, you are close to amenities. It’s a short drive to Plum Bay Beach and five minutes to the airport. In 10 minutes you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries, historic buildings and Creole Market. Drive 25 minutes to Grand Case and Philipsburg’s shopping haven. Just in Paradise

The moment you arrive in the villa’s stunning courtyard; you are in paradise. It’s a perfect stage for this stylish contemporary home with mesmerizing views. Lush gardens are filled with the fragrance of jasmine, colorful allemande and vivid bougainvillea anchored with magnificent palms. The covered walkway, as beautiful in daylight as in night time, is flanked on either side with small pools planted with tropical water foliage. Enter the double door and the panoramic view spreads before you like a dramatic mural. From the main terrace, the sweeping vistas stretch from La Samanna on Long Bay Beach westward to Plum Bay Beach; from the roof top lounge it is 360. The photogenic sunsets are simply spectacular. The layout takes full advantage of the villa’s visual assets. Deep covered loggias, supported by soft grey concrete columns, and sunning terraces flow around the house. Dining and lounging areas are strategically positioned to observe the view. The stunning infinity pool coils like a nautilus shell into an infinity jet tub. The interiors seamlessly connect with the exterior spaces. Floor to ceiling glass pocket doors open completely to the outside. The spacious open plan living and dining room, with unusual high vaulted ceilings, belongs in a design magazine. Sleek, elegant furnishings in grey, taupe, and cream are accented with pops of color. Belle Fontaine

The picturesque approach to Belle Fontaine sets the mood for this elegant French Provence meets Creole style villa. A long stone walled drive, lined with tropical flowers and shrubs, brings you to the entrance filled with architectural beauty. Coral stones embedded with colorful ceramic tiles, Moorish inspired arches and windows trimmed in blue, country style shutters and terracotta roof offer an exotic tropical welcome. From the moment you step inside, the view spans before you. Swaying palms frame the sapphire blue sea, endless sky and the outline of Saba. Colorful tropical gardens surround the house and deck. The mood is very peaceful. Set in expansive epi wood, the new double pool dazzles in blues. The smaller pool is inset with a tiled table, just waiting for your cold beverage. The larger pool is for swimming under the Caribbean sun. Surrounding the pool is crisp blue and white deck furniture that perfectly complements the view. Tall palms and native boulders accent the deck. A large gazebo, set to one side of the terrace, contains generous seating for lounging and dining, plus a built in BBQ. It’s a superb place to relax and watch the colorful sunsets. The cool interiors are designed to take full advantage of the view. Floor to ceiling glass doors, terracotta floors, high vaulted ceilings and arched windows accent the spacious areas for seating and dining. The décor blends modern exotic lines with the softness of Provence. Rattan, teak and bleached woods are adorned with white and blue fabrics. Underfoot, oriental carpets add exotic color; eclectic decorative pieces complement the mood. The large, well equipped kitchen has a French country attitude. Large arched windows bring in the view and connect the kitchen to the terrace. Although quite secluded you are close to the Terres Basses beaches. You are two minutes to Baie Nettle and seven minutes to the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, the Creole Market, galleries and shopping. It’s a 10 minute drive to the airport and 30 minutes to both Grand Case and Phillipsburg. Mariposa is an elegant Caribbean style villa with a romantic tropical atmosphere. Terracotta floors edged with painted tiles flow throughout the interior and exterior. White walls, tiled roof, stone columns all add traditional architectural beauty. Lush pink bougainvillea and palm filled gardens, set in green lawns, draw the eye straight to breathtaking panoramic views of the brilliant blue sea and sky. All this being framed by arched walls surrounding the turquoise pool. The house is perfect for outdoor living and entertaining with multi-level terraces that descend from the main level to the large horseshoe shaped pool and beyond to the lawn. Multiple al fresco dining and seating areas take full advantage of the view; whether privately or together with friends and family. If you wish to relax inside, while still enjoying sea views, step into the large comfortable living room with 40” flat screen satellite TV/DVD, stereo system, and full sized pool table. Adjacent to the interior dining and living room is a well-equipped kitchen fitted with fine dinner & glass ware and everything required for a gourmet meal. Blue Beach

If you love sun and sand, look no farther than Blue Beach. This incredible St. Martin vacation rental is set right on the golden stretch of Long Bay Beach, with endless views of the turquoise sea. Reserve this luxury Terres Basses property on its own for a holiday with up to eight guests, or with its sister villa, Turtle Nest, for a Caribbean getaway with extended family or a larger group of friends. Listen to the surf roll in from oceanfront living areas with a pool, rows of loungers in the sun, a gas barbecue and a shaded al-fresco dining table in a gazebo. Behind you are the lush, gated grounds; in front, vistas stretching to the neighboring island of Saba. The coral-stone sea wall and deep veranda that separate Blue Beach from the actual beach set a classic yet casual tone for the villa’s interiors. A glass wall slides away and the ceiling stretches up, filling the open-plan great room with warm ocean breezes. Laid-back wicker chairs in the sitting area continue the easygoing vibe, as does a pass-through to an al-fresco bar in the fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms off the great room and two in a separate pavilion at the other end of the pool terrace for a private feel; all four have en-suite bathrooms. Though Long Bay Beach, also known as Baie Longue, boasts scenery worthy of a postcard, some of its best swimming is a short walk down the sand, in front of the La Samanna Resort. Of course, you could also walk to Baie aux Prunes Beach, or the short drive to three other gorgeous beaches.
