Renovated studio with great lagoon views and pool. Bright, airy, air-conditioned, quiet, very well equipped, warm and modern, ideally located close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Parking space. Great for a stay for two. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, sofa and TV lounge area, small desk, high speed wifi, sleeping area, plenty of storage, separate toilet, large bathroom. We live there for part of the year, sharing it for your holiday is a delight !

Delightful one bedroom appt. Fully furnished with mid century teak furniture. A spacious 70m2 space with large terrace in a mature tropical garden. A brand new fully equipped kitchen was added in October 2022. Located in trendy and safe Cupecoy. CJ1 is a quiet oasis to relax in the luxurious garden, or head for the the renowned beach of Mullet bay within a 3 minute walk. Supermarkets, gym yoga studio very close by. This is the place to be.

i love this studio, it's my favorite. Bright, spacious studio with sea view in a quiet residence. Close to all shops, restaurants, beach and city center of Marigot. Ideal for a relaxing and zen stay. This studio has a fully equipped kitchen, traditional oven with rotating heat, microwave, 3 induction plates, freezer fridge and a large space for cooking. This studio also has a bathroom equipped with a washing machine.
