Its geographical location is ideal to take full advantage of its surroundings and get to the old port by the electric sea bus located less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment as well as its bus stop nearby .

Very quiet apartment, bright, equipped but without wifi, 2nd floor, elevator, loggia on garden, bike garage and free outdoor parking. Access to bike and walking routes. Walking distance: 35 minutes from the old port and 10 minutes from the beach as well as grocery store, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, sailing schools, nautical equipment rental (in high season). Sea and city bus nearby. "Yélo" self-service bike bike station and electric vehicles. Possibility of private parking on request.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

My accommodation of 36 m2 + 5 m2 of loggia, has direct access to Les Minimes beach (no dogs / dogs not allowed), public transport and family-friendly activities. You'll appreciate my place for the view and location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), families (with kids), families (with kids), and furry friends. Capacity 4 people but ideally 2/3 pers.

Our accommodation is close to all tourist places (Old port, aquarium, train station, central market, beach, cinemas) Each of these strategic points is a few hundred meters away, while being in a very quiet area. Great market (7am-10pm) 3 minutes away. Your car (s) parked in the basement (2 places). Everything is done on foot or by bike.
