Very bright apartment, hyper center, 4* INPI

Very nice apartment crossing, 55 m2, on the 2nd floor: 2' from the old port (all fun without disturbances), 5' from the central market and 7' from the train station: perfect for enjoying all the charms, many, of La Rochelle on foot. The view is relaxing, not directly overlooked: the living room to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, on the canal and the Church of Saint-Sauveur (17th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

Nice appartment in La Rochelle, city center.

New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.

Flat with 1 bedroom, for 4 persons max., renoved in 2016/2017 with a wonderfull view on the sea and the old harbour. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed). The train station is at 0.30 miles, the beach at 0.40 miles and the aquarium at 0.50 miles.

stunning home home

My 62m² home is located right in the heart of the historic center, on a pedestrian street, easy to access. A stone's throw from the old port, the market, shops etc . No car needed: everything is in walking distance. You'll love my place because of the comfort and thoughtful decor. Upon arrival, beds are made, towels are provided, and 1st breakfast is offered. There is a parking space in the private parking lot 10 minutes walk from the apartment and a bike room.

Discover the sailboat on you tube with :"odysceane" At the port of Minimes 50 m from the sanitary facilities (very well maintained). An unusual but comfortable accommodation where you will already find an atmosphere of adventure and the sea. Free parking close to the boat. Full equipment, kitchen, fridge, cooler, dishes, towels. This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

My accommodation of 36 m2 + 5 m2 of loggia, has direct access to Les Minimes beach (no dogs / dogs not allowed), public transport and family-friendly activities.
