Quiet and beautiful. Blottis in the middle of Nature!

N.B This house is ideal for 2 adults and two children ! Partial Low ceilings in bedrooms. When I first came bumping down the track, in an ancient 2CV, many years ago, I was spellbound by the place. The absolute peace and tranquility of the spot. That spirit still remains. Part of a group of old stone farm houses, with private terrace opening out from the front door. Situated on the southern slopes of a beautiful south facing valley. Quiet and peaceful. place to relax, away from it all!

Come and recharge your batteries in this quiet, new and bright place, on the ground floor of my house: independent entrance, pétanque court. Bike garage. The kitchen area is set up in the garage, you can have meals in the next room or on the terrace. I will be happy to provide information: hiking, swimming (lake, rivers, swimming in July-August), via ferrata, restaurants, shops, doctor. 10 min on foot to village center, market every Monday morning.

A former stagecoach relay, this cottage now welcomes motorcycle bike fans and walkers. The gorges and adjoining mountains offer exceptional walks (Mont Ventoux nearby). This is the base for 6 ATV-FFC circuits. A small mechanical workshop allows you to maintain and park the cycles. Bodybuilding equipment is available for fitness. A large private land is bordered by a river. From the house you can watch the vultures, bring your binoculars!

Former agricultural building, this house of 75 m2 has been completely rehabilitated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a upscale service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
