Welcome to our charming guest house with a lot of extras and the forest in the corner. One bright bedroom with double bed, sleeping loft for extra bed and generous bathroom with shower and lovely sauna for winter season. Private terrace for both breakfast in the morning sun, as well as a lax moment in a sunbed. Relax in this unique and tranquil home. The house has a single location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, pick berries, bike, swim in lots. If you get cold, there is the hot hot tub. It is a 15 min walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it is 20 min to Gbg. Sup and rowboat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life on the balcony. In the house there is a nice cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lake and the close to nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Large kitchen island and big dining room table. Highly located garden with sun all day and no transparency. Outdoor shower with hot water. Charcoal grill. Many bathing places in the nearby area, the nearest is Stamsjö bathing place, about 10 minutes to walk. Forests with nice paths border the grounds.

The house has been renovated in 2017 and convinces our guests in the design of the interior. Here, travelers, couples and families feel equally at home. Cozy cottage in very nice area right by the sea. Quiet and nice with sun all day. Lovely large patio with larger table and BBQ for wining and dining. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
