Fully equipped and completely newly built apartment in separate cottage by the lake Mjörn, just 3 miles from Gothenburg. The lake view from your own patio is amazing and the surroundings as well. The space is about 30 square meters and can accommodate four people. Very fresh and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Sverigeleden in front of the house and own parking makes the property easily accessible. 200m to the lake Mjörn which is good for fishing, swimming and beautiful environment!

During the summer months, a rowboat and canoe are included at its own jetty as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cottage that reaches all the way down to the jetty. The cabin has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can hang out in the evenings. Great panoramic view over Lerum city and lake of Aspen. The apartment is 30 sqm located in the basement of a house with its own private Sauna and a lovely Bathtub in the middle of living room. Private entrance, well secluded from the rest of the house and with full privacy. Private kitchen and bathroom. All areas in the apartment has seaview and there is a roofed terrace outside. Wonderful nature & trekking just outside doorstep. Possible to borrow outdoor Jacuzzi for a small fee. Most welcome!

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
