The Ideal condo for a great stay fully equiped.

Lugares de interés: Down town, El Malecon, Whale shark tours, Galleries, Great Dinning, Absolutely the Best view in the City. Scuba Diving , Paddleboard, Sailing, Island Hiking/tours. Great fishing for Tuna, Marlins , Mahi Mahi depending on the season. Beach and Malecon nearby. Really nice accomodations gated parking garage 24hr security, very relaxed evironment. Close to all the City´s attactions.. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, viajeros de negocios y familias (con hijos).

Enjoy everything this golf resort has to offer at this peaceful and centrally located condo, on a private peninsula. Just off of the malecon, hop onto a free private boat which transports you 6 minutes to a private resort area. A shuttle awaits to take you to paradise. The resort is situated on the beach, there is a 150 foot Infiniti pool, loungers, a swim up bar, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, kayaks and paddle boards, and 2 restaurants waiting for you.

Comfortable Apartment Excellent Location

Comfortable Accommodation, excellent location in one of the best suburbs of the city, 5 minutes from the Malecón, has the best supermarkets a few blocks away as well as a shopping square where there are cinemas, shops, gym, etc. In the corner passes the Cycle track which takes you to the pier and you reach it in no more than 5 minutes by Bike which could be rented in the same pier.
