It is 10 minutes by car from downtown La Paz (malecón), 7 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from beaches. It is tastefully decorated with designer furniture, has a private pool and garden, flat screen TV, WiFi and other amenities. The house also has an outdoor security camera. Spectacular bayfront home, with amazing ocean view

This gorgeous house is located in a private gated community called Pedregal de La Paz with an amazing ocean view. The community has a tennis court and a small soccer field. The house is on a hill and it is a 3-minute car ride away from a beach called “El Caimancito”. The famous Malecon de La Paz, where you can walk by the sea and visit restaurants of all kinds, is 3.3 kms. away. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico such as Balandra and El Tecolote, are within just 20 kms.

Cozy and comfortable house, excellent location

Excellent location , where you can walk to the city center and boardwalk to enjoy its spectacular sunsets in 10 minutes, in addition to having two blocks convenience store (OXXO) and several places to eat , such as the obligatory stop at the Tacofish La Paz , to enjoy an exquisite shrimp quesadilla or a traditional fish taco. If you rent cars you will have the convenience of using the garage or we will recommend Taxi if you require it.

Very comfortable room one block from the pier

It is a spacious and independent room, with two double beds and a seating area that converts into two single beds, private full bathroom, refrigerator, cable TV, a/c, excellently located just one block from the pier with beautiful views of the bay, in the heart of the city near the cathedral, restaurants and nightlife centers. Easy access with service providers for walks to balandra beach, holy spirit island and whale shark sighting.
