Tram Comte de Falicon, bus, bike rental 50 m away. Nice Nord highway exit nearby, 10 minutes from Central Station. The city center, old Nice and the beach in 20 minutes direct from the apartment by tram L1 . All amenities and shops, markets, parks, swimming pool across the street. Parc Chambrain 3 minutes away.

The tram is 450 m away (6 minutes on foot), the train station is 900 m away(11 minutes). The studio is air-conditioned and consists of a terrace of 10 m2, a double bed in 140 cm, a sofa bed "BZ" in 140 cm, an equipped kitchen (utensils, pressure cooker, different coffee makers, including a "Nespresso").

My apartment is at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (Avenue Jean Médecin). Public bikes are found in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach 80 meters away. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! Finally, there is free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.

Mostly quiet street at the entrance of a pedestrian zone. 3 tram-stops until Place Masséna, Promenade des Anglais and beach. 200m to bus-stop to the airport (about 40min.). Market stalls and every kind of shop in Av. Malaussena every day (except Mondays).

Nice studio in central Nice

This is my third flat I have on Airbnb. Everything is brand new inside the apartment as seen in the pictures. The good thing about this flat is that it has the kitchen separate from the room. The apartment is located on 3rd floor and it has 2 big windows. The building is very quiet as are very few apartments in the building. There is an elevator in the building too.
