Promenade des anglais. Amazing sea view. 3bedrooms

Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

My apartment is at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (Avenue Jean Médecin). Public bikes are found in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach 80 meters away. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! Finally, there is free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.

You'll be walking in the water on the most famous avenue of the Riviera, the Promenade des Anglais. We are also close to the city center but also to the airport..The tram behind the building will take you in 10 minutes to the airport and in 5 minutes to downtown. Two-room apartment, 30 m2, quiet, bright, unobstructed view, 4th floor without elevator, traditional Niçois building, 5-minute walk from the sea and bus and tram stops, many shops within walking distance. Apartment directly close to that of the owner, it corresponds to a part made independent. Check-in is set at 7pm-11pm for safety, keys can most often be handed over well before 7pm, say the desired arrival time to see if it is possible.
