New holiday home built in 2021 in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street can all be found within a 5-minute walk. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful area. The small but nice apartment (25m2) features a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combi microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and floor heating.

Cheerful detached cottage 1400m from the beach!

In the outskirts of Koudekerke, just 1400 meters from the beach and city center, is our lovely cottage, meant to get cheerful:-) It consists of a living area with kitchen, a fantastic bathroom with walk-in shower and Private Sauna! On top of the attic there are 2 bedrooms with lovely box springs for a comfortable night's sleep. Please note: the stairs are very steep with narrow steps and upstairs one has to bend down to get into the bedrooms.

Our holiday home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside Koudekerke on the edge of' t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden you have a view of the dunes of Dishoek. It's enjoying tranquility, space and nature. With a little luck you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After a nice breeze on the beach, you come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.

Since June 2020, we have been renting this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located on a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where you can find nice shops and restaurants. From the park you walk directly into the dune area which gives access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
