Welcome to our cozy and cozy holiday apartment with the beach and the sea 500 meters away! And close to larger towns such as Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining area. Upstairs seating and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance several shops, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Cot and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately on arrival). A stair gate is installed at the top. Check-in from 14.00h. Check-out before 10.00 am. The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. Parking on private property. Terrace with lots of privacy.

Completely renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018 we bought our dream home. During the entire renovation, we decided to furnish the annex as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxurious and cozily furnished with as many original materials from the old house as possible. You will like the garden with your own private terrace and sunbathing area. From March 2017 our holiday home Zeelandrust is for rent on the beautiful island of Walcheren, only 2 kilometers away from the beach of Zoutelande. The house is next to our farm but not so close that you will be bothered by it. Around the house is a terrace with unobstructed views of the dunes at the front and beautiful sunsets in spring and autumn. The dunes of Zoutelande are 2 kilometers away. Outside the holidays, it is also possible with breakfast.( in consultation)

Cheerful detached cottage at 1400m from the beach!

In the outskirts of Koudekerke, only 1400 meters from the beach and center, stands our lovely cottage, meant to be cheerful:-) It consists of a living area with kitchen, a fantastic bathroom with walk-in shower and Private Sauna! Upstairs in the sleeping loft there are 2 sleeping rooms with lovely box springs for a comfortable night's sleep. Please note: the staircase is very steep with narrow steps and upstairs one has to bend over to enter the sleeping quarters.

From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is located in a unique spot with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy seating area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bike.

Cottage with wood-burning stove and unobstructed views!

Our vacation home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside Koudekerke on the outskirts of ’t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden, you have Dune dune views from Dishoek. It's enjoying peace, space and nature. With a little luck, you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After being blown away on the beach, you will come home and you can enjoy a cozy fireplace.
