One flight from the back entrance and several flights if you arrive from the front of the building (unless you take the elevator) then once on the 3rd floor landing there are two more steps before my door.

You have full use of the patio with a barbecue, full high end kitchen with the best appliances including Viking stove, A Beautiful dining area and living room with gas fireplace and smart TV and a den on the main floor with another Smart TV . Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. If you need public transit, we are 1 short block walk to public transportation and a short walk to a food market , Starbucks coffee, Local wine shop and a delicious ice cream shop.

Newly renoed 1 BR garden suite on quiet street. 3 blocks from beach. Separate entrance leads to bright LR with gas FP and workspace. Private adjoining full kitchen. The sofa pulls out into a comfortable queen bed. Secure door to shared laundry for long-term stays. Within 2 blocks: 2 grocery, bakeries, sushi, coffee, 1 liquor store, 1 bar & one of Vancouver’s best Italian restaurants. 40min to airport by transit or 20min by taxi. UBC is a 5min drive. 5min walk to the 4 and 84 bus stop.

Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.
