Beachfront Basement with Hot Tub and Steam Room

This is a well laid out suite with one private bedroom,living room and kitchenette with bar frig, sink, microwave, coffee-maker, induction hot plate and toaster oven.Closet space, and a large bathroom with a steam room. You will have access to our hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean and your own barBQ. Rental bike outlets nearby make it easy to get around and fun to see the sites. Easy access to UBC or down town. Everything else is a walk or bike ride away in the spring and summer months. In the winter months it is best to have a car to get around because it is a hike up a steep hill to get to the closest bus stop. Guests have their own private entrance. The suite has wifi, several Oceanside bike and walking paths in front of the house. We will provide information to guests and be available to make their visit fun and enjoyable. Walk out of the door and enjoy a stroll or bike ride on Spanish Beach, one of the longest stretches of sand anywhere. The sailing club is only a short walk away and apps like Mobibikes.ca or Car2Go make it easy to get to many attractions car or bike. Public transportation is a short walk away, if you want to bike ride there are countless bike paths that will take you as far as Stanley Park Seawall and Granville Island! Ample easy parking.25 minutes to airport. 2 hours to Whistler. 45 minutes to BC Ferries. 15 minutes to downtown. 10 minutes to UBC. Long walk or short drive to neighbourhood restaurants like Brown's, White Spot and various Italian , Greek and Japanese . Short walk to bike kayak, sailboat and Paddleboard rentals! This prime location is one of the best for site seeing and close to the beautiful UBC campus on the west side and Granville Island market and Stanley Park on the east side. In the winter months it is best to have a car because it is a hike up a steep hill to get to the closest bus stop. Also, the suite is in the basement of our home with a ventilation system in the bedroom but no windows so it is very cozy and quiet.

Beautiful Oasis close to all Vancouver sights- 2 min walk to amazing 4th ave restaurants/shops, 10 min walk to Granville Island/water taxis, Kitsilano Beach, and SeaWall,15 min walk Downtown Vancouver. On major bus routes. This character home has amazing accessibility to all the city has to offer with a well equipped, stylishly furnished living space. Our place is at UBC and close to the airport, parks, arts and culture venues, and great views. Private garden entry. A great place for those coming to UBC for a conference or meeting. If you enjoy running or walks in a park environment and taking advantage of great local cafes and bistros you will love this small suite. Our place is small, quiet & cozy: perfect for visiting UBC. Most comfortable for a studious couple or a single adult-not set up for cocooning .

Dunbar near UBC: Clean, comfortable + quiet

Our guests describe our 1 bdrm self-contained apt. as welcoming, very clean and quiet. It has a well-equipped kitchen with a new dishwasher, a very comfortable couch in the living room you can stretch out on, a queen-size bed for a great night's sleep, and a washer/dryer for your use. Awesome 1 BR 9 floors up with secure underground parking in the heart of Downtown Vancouver! Fully stocked with all the essentials you need for your stay in Vancouver. I got all the things: TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher/relationship saver, and apparently Netflix is notable... I don't know how to put this...but...this place is kind of a big deal. It's clean, close to everything, smells of rich mahogany and comes with many leather bound books.

This basement two-bedroom space is in a Kitsilano heritage home. It has a kitchenette only with sink, microwave, fridge and is close to many great restaurants, cafes and beaches. This is a no party space with a suite above. TV comes with basic cable and Netflix. It is very close to public transit, bike lanes, downtown and UBC. Free parking on street.
