This tidy and convenient flat has a large terrace, private entrance and plenty of parking. From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. Your open-plan accommodation is south facing with twin beds, sofas, dining table, TV (with freeview channels), WiFi, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Cute Little Barn South Hams

Little Barn's in the busy bustling village of Marldon. Set on the border of the South Hams and Torbay, there are two Local pubs, a convenience store a post office and a garage. Offering a feast of activities in all the sorrounding areas. A 15 minuit drive to the unusual market Town of Totnes, 5 min drive to Preston Sands, a foot path on the doorstep to Cockington Village. Lots of lovely walks, beaches and wonderful Devonshire Heritage. This little gem is easy access to anywhere in Devon.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE IN A RURAL Area (and access is down NARROW LANES ,The Granary is an self contained apartment above an old barn which has been lovingly renovated to a high standard , it is a romantic county side escape perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy the beautiful Devon countryside as this is in a working farm you may experience some noise tractors ,cocks crowing ,geese ,some farm machinery repairs in the day,sheep,cows,dogs.and low flying helicopters ,and the odd military jet .

Entire flat with own entrances (sleeps 6) 1 double, 1 king size bed 1 large sofa in lounge for one adult to sleep , put up bed on request, kitchenette (N.B. no full cooker), bathroom. Quiet area 2 min to town centre Beautiful walks nearby Dartmoor 10 min, beaches 15 min, Exeter 25 min. Town has many restaurants and countless pubs. Asda 5 min walk. Cereals toast milk fridge microwave toaster slow cooker air fryer oven and coffee machine provided Private parking and private patio.

Cosy Rural Log Cabin, Near Slapton Sands

A peaceful, secluded, light, bright and warm cabin, surrounded by fields with horses, countryside views, a mile and a half outside of picturesque Slapton, Slapton Lea Nature reserve and the beach. The cabin has a sofa, table and chairs, TV, small kitchen area and a cosy bedroom at the back with a double bed and bunks. It is on the edge of our playing field area and has its own fenced garden space. The bathroom; shower, toilet and basin are in the building next door (@20 yards).
