Fenced back yard for your four legged friends. The front deck has table and chairs so you can sit out and enjoy morning coffee or evening glass of wine! Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends.
