Awesome neighborhood! Quiet & close to the Historical District which has wonderful restaurants and shopping. Good location for all activities in the area. Lots of natural light. Fenced back yard for your four legged friends. The front deck has table and chairs so you can sit out and enjoy morning coffee or evening glass of wine! Newly remodeled 1910 cottage a few short blocks away from historic downtown! 1 bedroom and 1 loft both featuring brand new queen beds.The cottage is only two miles off of I-5 and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops downtown has to offer.
