Welcome to have a clean, well maintained one-bedroom apartment! The entire apartment (37 m²) is at your disposal. For a car in this area, rare free parking with a heating pole in the yard. In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

In 2020, this stunning villa is hand-carved from a couple hundred year old Karelian sleds. A huge view window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. Machine IV, cooling and a large deck on the front yard side. Bedrooms have double beds, oh couch. 6 km to the center of Joensuu, bus stop about 200 m, nearest shop 1.5 km. You'll have access to two bikes and a tram, a playground nearby. On request, children's toys + travel crib. 150M/50m fiber connection.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Near the center of Joensuu, a personal apartment on four floors. The houses were designed by an architect and graduated in the 1960s. The renovated apartment offers a place to sleep up to 13 people. Bed seats 10-11 (bed-ray 2pcs). From the large windows of the living room you can see the River Pielisjoki. There is a bus in front of the house about every 15 minutes to the city center and the university. Here's a carefree and comfortable living, for a larger group.
