In the middle of Cap Sicié, in a classified natural area of 2 hectares at 2 km as the crow flies of beaches and also preserved Mediterranean coves. From the grounds you have access to many hikes that can take you, on the land side, to Notre Dame du Mai from where the view is astonishing, or on the sea side, to slightly isolated coves. The Six-Beach is a comfortable T2 apartment, ideally located a 3-minute walk from the sea and the beaches, between Sanary and Le Brusc . New and air-conditioned, fully equipped, it is close to shops, bars and restaurants. Free parking in the residence. Beautiful bike path all along the sea. Cleaning is included in the price. In a little piece of heaven, renovated 27 m² studio. Come and discover Le Brusc, an authentic small port where the living is good. The apartment, quiet, located back from the road, offers a partial sea view, a secure private parking space. It is close to shops , a 2-minute walk from the port, 5 minutes from the beach and pier for Île des Embiez. 140 cm bed on a quicko type sofa bed, great comfort, slatted box spring and mattress 16 cm.
