"This is a hidden place in Paradise!", according to one of our guests. Excellent living for nature lovers, only 12 minutes drive to touristic resorts Bastad and Torekov. Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

This upper floor of a riding house was finished in June 2020 with a total of 112sqm. The beds are made when you arrive and towels are included. wood with acoustic woodfibre ceiling creates a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. A cosy sleeping alcove with 2 beds and a large living room with 2 beds behind curtain. A rustique well equipped kitchen and a cosy bathroom with floor heating . Walking distance to the sea with many nice places for swimming, hiking and fishing. 5 golf courses nearby.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

The cottage is located near the sea. Frillesås is a small community on the west coast between Varberg and Kungsbacka, 50 km south of Gothenburg. The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna, there is access to all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation", here you can work in peace and quiet with fast wifi.
