The property is located in a newly renovated part of a barn with underfloor heating in all the rooms and new tiled bathroom and kitchen. Newly-built apartment in part of barn with all the comforts. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, fridge and freezer. Bathroom with shower & washing machine. Corner sofa and TV. Two bedrooms, one with continental bed and one with family bed with room for up to three people. Access to a travel bed is also available. The apartment is located on the same lot as our villa but is fully protected as only the entrance door is towards the house. Barbecue grill and outdoor furniture are available! 5 km to swimming and city.

Unique pig house outside Borås

Fifteen minutes outside Borås in Fritsla is this brick building which was a pig house 100 years ago. Here you enjoy nature and Häggån which runs 10 m from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential houses a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa part with fireplace. The beds are made when you arrive and towels are included. wood with acoustic woodfibre ceiling creates a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. A cosy sleeping alcove with 2 beds and a large living room with 2 beds behind curtain. A rustique well equipped kitchen and a cosy bathroom with floor heating . Cozy holiday home with atmosphere

A silent and beautiful place in south of Sweden. We have restored the barn gently in a Swedish/Danish countrystile. Cows and sometimes horses around the house as well as wildlife like Moose, wild boar, deers, cranes etc. A lot to visit for both children and adults, we have made a guide for inspiration. Nice places for walks, coffee, tea and dinner. Perfect for nature lovers and families who want to have real family time. No wifi but a lot to do inside and outside.

The barn is located on the back of the main building Hallavara farm which is 250 sqm and also rented out on Airbnb separately; the buildings have separate entrances and are located on different parts of the garden patios are separate and there is no transparency from one or the other.

We have arranged our "barn". Everything is new and fresh! Perfect for a family or if you are out with your friends on a trip! There are two bedrooms and a kitchen. In each bedroom there are sofa bed with room for two. Access to toilet and shower in both bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen. It is about 6 km to the center of Falkenberg with many cozy restaurants. If you want, you can take the bike to town!
