Spacious family summerhouse close to the beach

Spacious family holiday home with three bedrooms and an open kitchen connected to the angled living room with large dining table, sofas, coffee table, TV, wood-burning stove and heat pump. Electric heating in all rooms. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. The house has two terraces facing east and west respectively. A large weber barbecue is available as well as umbrellas, garden furniture for 8 people. There are 11 kV electric charger stands with cord at the end of the electric/plug-in hybrid car with type 2 plug. Electricity consumption is remotely read and collection is sent after the end of the stay.

Charming log house close to lovely beach.

Only 400 meters from Gedesby's child-friendly sandy beach is the Nyager house, an original Norwegian log house with interiors of personal flea finds and decorated with retro wooden furniture that gives the house a lovely scent of pine. The house on the large property is surrounded by blackberry bushes and trees. The long driveway is shared only by 3 holiday houses and the view is for trees and shrubbery. Enjoy the large wooden terrace with an outdoor kitchen or take a nap in the hammock and let the tranquility of your holiday sink. 🤗

Cozy house of 105 M2, located in the beautiful Marielyst about 400 meters from Denmark's best beach. The kitchen living room is large, open and modernly decorated, it contains dining room, living room with sofa, sofa bed and wood-burning stove with glass front that spreads coziness and warmth. It is 1 km to the nearest grocery store and 1.5 km to Bøtøskoven, Marielyst square 4km. The private garden (natural plot) is enclosed by trees. Wonderfully bright cottage close to forest and beach

Lovely and bright cottage with good space and loft for kip. The cottage is 116 sqm with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms both with shower. There is a bathtub and sauna in one. The grounds are large with minimal planting, making it possible to play a good football game. There is also play tower with slide and swings as well as buried trampoline. There is a Weber Gas grill located in the shed, so it is possible to grill on the terrace on sunny days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

Cozy family friendly cottage on enclosed grounds

Small, cozy, family-friendly summer house on closed land with old trees 550 meters from one of Denmark's best (child-friendly) beaches. The house has a cozy alcove, perfect for reading books, watching dvd movies (classics for kids and adults). The garden offers a trampoline, playhouse and sandbox, as well as a covered terrace. The house includes bicycles, so you can bike a ride in Bøtøskoven, where there are wild horses! Bring your own bed linens and towels You are expected to clean yourself after the stay.

Nice summer house in a quiet area close to beach

Relax with the whole family in this nice & cozy summer house, nestled between tall trees in tranquil surroundings. There is 350 meters to the beach with bathing pier and approx. 20 minutes walk to Nysted harbor and city center. The house is 80 sqm located on a nice 800 sqm large plot with a large covered terrace with a good dining area. There is a large lawn with space for ball games etc. There are fruit trees around the grounds and deer, pheasants and hares roam free We speak Danish and English

Family cottage 90 steps from the beach

The perfect summerhouse for the family to have a good time. Cosy, functional with large terrace and only 90 sec walk from the beach. The house can accomodate up to 6 people. The cottage has a lovely ambience with classic wood feel combined with lots of light from the many windows. The lawn surrounding the house provides plenty of space for play, picnic and fun. Bring your sleeping bag and spend a night in the shelter or lay on the big deck and gaze at the stars which are very visible here.

Cottage of 150 sqm, located on a beautiful natural plot with south facing terrace. The house is located 200 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches at Marielyst. The house is thoroughly renovated and extended (2022/23) and is furnished with living room, dining area, open kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 4 bedrooms with sleeps 8 and a sauna. Washer and dryer. The terrace is partially covered, so lunch can be enjoyed in the shade, and cool summer evenings can be extended by the fireplace.

Huset er indrettet med stor stue/alrum med køkken, 3 værelser, 3 hemse med plads til 2 i hver og 2 badeværelser. Direkte adgang til en stor, dejlig terrasse med magelige havemøbler.
