The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. Nykøbing F station is 10 min. walk away. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You're close to great experiences on Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. If necessary, we can arrange for an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the first floor. There's no elevator, free parking.

Completely refurbished apartment with nice details of 105 sqm. Everything is new and delicious. Suitable for families up to 6 people or maybe three couples on vacation together. Her kan du sænke skuldrene, trække vejret dybt ned i maven og fyldes med ro og ny energi. Lejligheden ligger ca. 1 km fra Nysted, er nyrenoveret og består af to dejlige rolige soveværelser, et badeværelse og en gang m tekøkken og adgang til haveområde m bålplads. Vi har gratis WIFI og parkering ved indgang til lejligheden.

There is also a smaller living room with a flat-screen TV. In the basement, you will find the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. First floor. 3 bedrooms containing a double bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe designed to accommodate 9 people. The large bedroom has access to the 55 m² balcony with a lovely waterview between Lolland and Falster.

Enjoy the simple life of this peaceful and centrally located home. There are good opportunities to enjoy the forest and beach in the quiet environment around the Baltic Sea, both by bike and hiking with lots of marked routes. Also enjoy lovely gourmet food at Hesnæs harbor as well as Pomlenakke Traörsted where you have a great view of the Baltic Sea. There is ample opportunity to fish all the way along the coast, where there is a good opportunity to catch sea trout.
