Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with its own terrace and good views. It is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. Sofa bed double in the living room. If needed, we can arrange an extra bed. It's a spacious living room. Private bathroom with shower. To Vågsbygd Amfi - about 3 min by car, to Skyland Trampoline Park, Leo's Playland, Glowing Golf, about 5 min. etc. Nice walks around the lake, etc. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

Apartment on the 1st floor of the older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NO channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 cm bed and one baby bed in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

Peaceful area with great hiking areas just outside the door. 15 min from Kristiansand city center, 3 min walk down to the area's common small cozy area of the beach and docks. Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town .
